ABOUT US
From an early age, I’ve felt deeply called to care for others through nurturing, intuitive healing. My path began in the birth world, where I served as a birth doula and midwife apprentice, walking alongside families through some of life’s most sacred moments. After welcoming my sixth son, I gently stepped away from birth work, but my passion for holistic healing continued to grow. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine, where I found myself especially drawn to the art of bodywork and the wisdom of herbalism. My journey expanded into energy healing as I became a certified Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healing practitioner, always seeking ways to support the body, mind, and spirit as a whole. Eventually, my path led me back to hands-on healing through massage therapy, where I now practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist. My work is guided by intuition, compassion, and a belief that the body holds an incredible ability to heal when given the proper care and support. Today, I continue deepening my studies in herbalism, having recently enrolled in an extensive 1200 hour certification program, to weave together bodywork, energy work, and plant medicine into a practice that feels both grounded and a little magical — a space where clients can exhale, reconnect, and feel truly cared for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor the time and care reserved for each client, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. * Cancellations or Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a fee of 35% of the service price. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full appointment amount. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and scheduling. (I understand that sometimes emergencies arise and things happen that are beyond our control. I will extend grace where I can.
